Our 100% grass fed lamb shanks weighs roughly 1.5lbs or a pack of two.

The small local farm from where we source our lamb offers 100 mile diet friendly animals. They have been fully pastured for their lifetime and are ethically raised throughout. Slaughter occurs one day after the animals arrive, so they are well rested and not stressed from travel. The resulting meat is more flavourful and nutritious.

The farm follows traditional organic practices.
